What are you going to learn from this programme?

This learning programme is intended for people who are responsible for the despatch of stock from a wholesale or retail distribution centre or warehouse. This includes planning the most cost effective route/s to deliver products, preparing goods for despatch, loading delivery vehicles, preventing shrinkage and losses in the despatch area, as well as maintaining the efficiency of the supply chain.

This learning programme is intended for adults who are currently employed in a store or warehouse environment that wish to develop their knowledge and skills in this field.

What are the entrance requirements?

You need to ensure that you have the following skills to understand and apply your knowledge:

• Basic literacy in English, and a basic understanding of numeracy (ABET level 4).

What is the course duration?

The learning programme can be completed within a minimum period of 3 months.
